These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship and engagement with GhostWryter products, solutions, websites, add-ons, blogs and services (collectively referred as Service). Please read carefully before using the Service as your use of the Service means your acceptance, adherence and compliance with the following terms and conditions.

Fees
Service is offered using paid models. Ghostwryter add-on requires fees to access certain features.
When you purchase a paid Service, you authorize GhostWryter to charge your credit card, and you agree that our payment provider (Stripe) can store your credit card information. If we do not receive payment, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until full payment is received.
GhostWryter add-on fees are charged on a subscription basis and billed at a monthly frequency. The price and frequency of the billing depends on the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase. The subscription license is attached to the user’s account (email), and subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by navigating to the Account menu in GhostWryter and toggling off automatic renewals. When subscriptions are cancelled, there will be no further charges, and the subscription will remain active to the end of the billing cycle. Users may transfer their subscription to another email address by contacting support. Upon request, subscription fees will be refunded for any reason within 14 days of initial purchase.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its internal contents will remain the exclusive property of GhostWryter. You shall not attempt to unpack, reverse engineer, or duplicate our Service. Our brands and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GhostWryter.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall GhostWryter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Depending on the Service, it may rely on external systems and services (e.g. Google’s G Suite platform, Cloud Platforms, third party APIs, environment etc.) and the availability may be directly impacted by those external systems‘ availability. There is no guarantee or warranty for the service availability, up-time, and continuity.
GhostWryter does not guarantee that a) the Service will be available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
